Expected Product List for April 30 Opening Market

The Country Flower Shed with the usual veggies, plus lots of veggie plants and flowers to help get your garden started right. Bedding plants include several varieties of tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, 3 variety of eggplant, hanging baskets, 4" square flower plants (several varieties), 6" pots of basil, parsley and chives. Farm fresh eggs and jelly!

The Emporia Gardeners of America will have a selection of houseplants, bedding plants and some produce for sale.

Potted plants include: philodendron, spider plant, jade plant, Puerto Rican oregano, watercress, shasta daisy, and wandering jew. Mums, Coleus, hen & chicks, Kalenchoe,  Un-potted transplants include: comfrey, surprise lily, tansy, lamb's ear, elderberry, maiden grass, and daylily.

Our Seven Acres will have greens (lettuce, spinach, kale, carrots, herbs) and a variety of bedding plants and veggie starts for gardeners; tomato plants, pepper plants, broccoli plants, cucumber plants and her combos. Hanging Salad (and other) baskets by Our Seven Acres will also be for sale.

Interdependent Web will feature crafts and ready-to-eat food products.

Mators and Tators will have dog treats and several varieties of tomato plants and pepper plants, both hot and sweet.

Charles Stodter will be at opening market with fresh baked cinnamon rolls, sandwich buns and croissants.

The Brassart/Wise stand is expected to have bok choi, salad mix, green onions, radishes, spinach, maybe rhubarb and asparagus, and a few flowers. Also herb vinegars and jelly. 

Jani Carter will have Breads and Cookies.

Walter Williams--Costa Cafe-- will be there with coffee.

John Way should have plenty of farm fresh eggs!

Jeanette Hurshman will have pie, jam, dwarf iris, iris, daffodils, swedish ivy house plants, anise, and hostas.

Linda Simmons & Katherine Holtmeyer will have cashew butter, almond butter, sun butter, Rye, Marbled Rye, Cinnamon Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Pies, Cinnamon Rolls, Sourdough Breads, Cookies, Baklava, Banana Breads, Bagels, Monkey Bread, some gluten free and sugar free items.

The Karr Orchard will have Arkansas Black Apples, Smoking Wood, Asparagus, Rhubarb and (hopefully) honey!

Kimra Bowman will have breads, pies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, egg noodles and granola.

Sweethaven Fields will have asparagus, mixed greens, rhubarb, cilantro, green onions, parsley and pie bites!
