October/November: Upcoming Events

Our 35th Outdoor Season is winding down, but we still have a fantastic schedule of events lines up for this fall.  Check it out!

October 11: Join new market vendor, Derek Bucheit, for a coffee roasting demo during Wednesday's market.  He sells a delicious Brazilian and fair-trade Papua New Guinea blend and roasts the beans in his home.  Learn about his process & enjoy a sample!

October 21:  After you shop the regular Saturday market from 8:30-10:30am, check out the interactive HealthFest at Flint Hills Mall from 9am-1pm.  The market will have a booth, complete with local food samples, along with dozens of other community organizations, activities & games.  Sponsored by Healthier Lyon County.

October 25: Final Wednesday evening market on 7th Avenue, 5-6:30pm.

October 28:  It's the LAST outdoor market of 2017!  Help us celebrate with our Fall Fest!  Enjoy performances and demonstrations by the local chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism (think: mini-Renaissance festival), breakfast burritos & bierocks from Keko's Kitchen, vendor/customer costume contest, and pumpkin painting for the kiddos!

November 4: First Indoor Market at Waters True Value!  10:00am-12:00pm.

Indoor Market Schedule: 1st & 3rd Saturdays, November - April, 10:00am-12:00pm at Waters True Value.

November 7: Soup-a-Palooza!  Join us at our new location, the Anderson Building, for a delicious & warm bowl of homemade soup!  Enjoy favorites like Sausage & Potato, Creamy Tomato, Chicken Tortilla, Thai Butternut, cornbread, fruit pies and other delicious desserts.
