Become a Vendor!

The Emporia Farmers Market welcomes new vendors throughout the year.  If you grow it, make it, or bake it, we'd love to have you share your talents with the market.

Read more about becoming a vendor HERE.

New and returning vendors can complete the 2018 Vendor Agreement HERE

Not sure what types of food are allowed at the market?  Take a look at the  K-State Food Safety Guidelines to learn more about selling fresh produce, honey, eggs, meats, baked goods, live plants, and herbs.

Thanks to the generosity of the Emil Babinger Charitable Trust, we're reducing vendor commissions in 2018.  In addition, we're one of the only markets in Kansas to collect and pay sales tax on behalf of our vendors.  No tax  ID? No problem!  If you don't plan on selling outside the Emporia market, you don't have to hassle with the extra paperwork and registration.

Non-profit and community groups can opt to host a hot-foods fundraiser up to six times throughout the year at the market kiosk.  Biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos, brats and burgers, and grilled veggies are great options for the summer season.  Food trucks are also welcome at the market!
