No Market - June 2

It’s Dirty Kanza week in Emporia! There will NOT be a market this Saturday, June 2,  to better accommodate the parking and space needs for this event. It will be a wonderful weekend highlighting the great things about Emporia and our beautiful Flint Hills.

The market will re-open on Wednesday, June 6 from 5-6:30pm. Kansas Free for Arts will host their first Summer Concert Series featuring Lawrence-based bluegrass band Split Lip Rayfield at 5:30pm. Customers staying for the concert are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets. Pulled pork dinners will be available for purchase from Trapper’s Smoke Shack, and the Veggie Power Club for kids will meet next to the kiosk for a fun activity.  For the latest market updates and activities, follow on Facebook!
